Welcome, and thank you for joining us for the 39th SAA Auction. This year we are excited to offer our first-ever hybrid auction! We look forward to the return of our live auction, taking place at the PE Center on Friday, April 22nd, as well as the continuation of our online auction, for those who are unable to attend in person.

 Please explore some of the fantastic unique items that will be up for bid this year! Check back each day to see what new and exciting items are in store for this year!
 
Tickets for the live auction are able to be purchased on this site, and will be available for pickup at will call on the night of the event. Each ticket includes a custom SAA Auction pint glass and two drink tickets to be redeemed at the event! Please be aware that in order to bid on either live or online items, users will be required to register on our Text 2 Bid platform.

39th SAA Auction Features:

Online Auction - April 22nd through April 25th

  • Approximately 100 great items donated by very generous friends of Carroll Athletics
  • Bidding opens  Friday, April 22nd, at 6:00pm MST 
    and runs through Monday, April 25th, at 9:00pm MST
  • No registration fee is required to bid on items, you will however need to register for Text 2 Bid
  • Text 2 Bid registration info will be available soon!

Live Auction - Friday, April 22nd, 5 pm

  • Join us LIVE AND IN-PERSON once again for a fun filled night with entertainment, food, and drinks!
  • Doors Open at 5pm 
  • Hors D'oeurves presented by Chili O'Brien's available at 6:30pm
  • Event begins 7:15pm 
  • Live auction includes approximately 30 premium items/packages available for bid exclusively at the event
  • (Note that live items will be available for viewing online, but out for bid at event only)
  • Live event will include the hat sale, sponsored by Allegra Print and Marketing
  • 100 Carroll branded knit hats on sale for $25. Each hat sold will enter into a raffle for a 12-gauge shotgun presented by Harrington Physical Therapy
  • THE GOLD RUSH, Helena's BIGGEST 50/50 game. Purchase your Gold Rush ticket for $100, with no limit on tickets sold. Winner drawn at the conclusion of the online auction on Tuesday, April 26th will split the pot even!
  • Heads or Tails. $20 per entry, last man standing wins!
